Eleanor James, M.A.

With a background in design, marketing and branding.  Eleanor James is the latest addition to Pitts & Associates.  Her education and background has uniquely prepared her for implementing Branding Campaigns, Case Development, Strategic Planning, and Donor Cultivation and Stewardship Programs.

Native to North Carolina, Eleanor received a B.A. from North Carolina State University and a M.F.A . from Savannah College of Art and Design.  Eleanor’s breadth of experience varies from working in project design and development for clients in the Southeast including Crawford Long, Emory Hospital, and most notably The Emory Clinic consortium.

Eleanor uncovers a new facet for Pitts & Associates. Her years of experience with hospitals, physician’s groups and government agencies has resulted in an in – depth knowledge of the structure, procedures and challenges facing healthcare systems enabling  Pitts & Associates to provide our clients with innovative designs, communication systems and creativity in problem solving.

Eleanor assists clients in the revision, refinement, and documentation of the case statement. She guides and oversees development of campaign materials. She specializes in helping clients in planning and coordinating cultivation, stewardship and special events to maximize the development of fundraising relationships.  Fundraising is a business of building relationships with donors, and Eleanor is outgoing, thorough and exacting in her approach.  She gets results.
